What we're looking for
Bakklog is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity for technology. You'll partner with our head of product to create and manage groundbreaking technology.
As an Associate Product Manager you will translate client ideas into features and drive product development conception/design to delivery/validation. Together with our engineers and sales team you will discover and solve issues faced by our customers, business opportunities and manage development and update clients on their roadmaps assisting us in delivering on our mission of building stronger businesses.
To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and driven learner and a reliable problem-solver. You are passionate about understanding users, user stories, data-driven decision making, and enjoy communicating with clients and engineers at all stages of the development cycle.

Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and internal workflows, including customer requirements
Ensure that product definition, engineering, content development, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product lifecycle
Work with clients and commercial teams to identify key client features and incorporate them into the product
Work closely with engineers to prioritize and manage product issues and backlogs
Serve as a product expert and ambassador for teams and with coordinate with clients on the status / updates related to product development
Effectively collaborate with stakeholders from technology, operations, sales, and other functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with web/mobile development experience
0-3 years of increasing responsibility in Product development/product management, data analytics, product design or similar roles
Strong analytical and project management skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced and fluid entrepreneurial environment
A sense of ownership and ability to drive issues to closure
Ability to listen to multiple perspectives, then make data-driven decisions
Experience with Jira
Scrum / Agile certified or willing to get certified through training
Ability to write user stories, and translate client requirements into technical requirements
Strong communication and writing skills with client management experience
